What is Pet Parcel?

Pet Parcel is a quarterly subscription box designed to treat your cat, dog, or both. Every 3 months, we source toys and treats for both cats and dogs, and send it out to you around the 1st of the month (in March, June, September, and December).

We want to spoil our pets, but sometimes you may have too many toys and treats. With a quarterly parcel, you won't get toys and treats as frequently, but you will have the chance to try new things and replace old toys as they break.

How do the subscription packages work?

When you sign up for a subscription package, you will be billed for the first package at the time you sign up, then you will be rebilled every 3 month on the 15th of the month. Don't worry, you will get a reminder before you are re-billed - just make sure our emails are not going to junk mail.

We ship our packages so they will arrive around the 1st of the month every quarter (March, June, September, and December).

Where do your food items come from?

All of our food items (bones, treats, chews) are manufactured in either the United States or Canada.  Your pet's health and safety is a top priority and for that reason we will never ship anything made outside either of these two countries. 

If your pet has allergies, please contact us so we can put a note on your file not to send those items.

How many items come with each parcel?

Our quarterly packages come packed with toys and treats, and possibly a few surprises!

Dog packages come with a minimum of 4 toys and 3 treats. The retail value of the package is over $100.

Cat packages come with a minimum of 5 toys and 2 treats. The retail value is over $75.

Dog and cat packages combine both of the above. No more jealous pets when the mail arrives!

Do you offer discounts for longer subscriptions?

We've designed our pricing so you get our best offer without any commitment! 

Will I save money?

We take care to choose items that will provide value to customers. The suggested retail value will always be higher than the cost of the box.

Every month we will curate a parcel with different toys and treats, saving you time. 

If you live in the US, shipping is free - all you need to do is grab your parcel from your mailbox!

Where do your toys come from?

We're trying to source unique toys for your pet to enjoy. We primarily focus on toys made in the US or Canada, but we also source toys from social enterprises (for example, companies that provide women overseas the opportunity to earn money for their families).

If you have suggestions, we'd love to hear from you!

What if I receive something I don't want to give my pet?

We purchase only high quality toys and treats for our customers and test everything out on our own animals to ensure that everything we send out is something your furry friend will love.  If for some reason you receive an item that you aren't comfortable giving to your pet, simply email us with the reason, return the unopened item, and we will replace it with a similar item that your pet will love at no additional charge.  

Can I cancel my subscription to Pet Parcel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription to Pet Parcel at any time.  

Your plan will be automatically renewed every 3 months unless you cancel it before it renews. The renewal date is the 15th of the month before the parcel is sent out (renewals will process in February, May, August, and September). 

Your parcel will be sent out approximately 10 days later so it arrives around the 1st of the next month.

I'm still not sure I want to commit...

Do you donate anything to charities?

Yes! We donate to animal-related causes. We'll have a blog soon with this information.
